Note: Winning Buyer is required to sign PTC required insurance and release agreement.
Seller reports that barriers will not meet current roadway requirements but other possible uses could be for various construction uses, road or bridge blockage, building stalls, fill for road side wash outs, landscaping, etc.
Winning Buyer is responsible to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to load and haul these barriers, no loading assistance is available at location or by Seller in any way. No ramp or dock available. The winning Buyer is also responsible for all tolls associated with the pick-up and removal. The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission CANNOT authorize any U-Turns on the turnpike system to avoid tolls or shortcut the logistics route.
Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission Employees and their immediate household members are prohibited from purchasing any items in this auction.
